Intention Analysis

Intention Analysis comes from intent analysis, that is, the task of finding out someone's purpose - in our case, expressed in a text. The scenario where it's more often applied to is product mentions and their feedback. By identifying a person's intention regarding your product or service, you will be able to obtain a clearer picture of how those intentions affect the different stages of the customer journey (sales, maintainance, etc.), as well as how they reflect on your company.
